These Terms & Conditions govern use of the public OBEAX website. They do not by themselves create a customer, pilot, licensing, employment or partnership agreement.

1. Website purpose

The site provides information about OBEAX, its architecture, internal evidence status and potential controlled-pilot discussions. Product capabilities described as unverified, roadmap, disabled or not claimed must not be interpreted as production guarantees.

2. No automatic offer or authority

Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer, authorization to execute actions, security certification, financial advice, legal advice or a guarantee of availability. Any commercial engagement requires a separate written agreement.

3. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, OBEAX names, architecture descriptions, website content, visual design and related materials are owned by or used under the authority of OBEAX / Iljam Jahja. No license is granted except the limited right to view the public website for lawful purposes.

4. Acceptable use

You may not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, probe non-public systems, misuse contact channels, impersonate another person, or use site content to falsely claim certification, partnership or endorsement.

5. Availability and accuracy

We aim to keep public information accurate, but research, architecture and deployment status can change. Evidence labels on the website should be read literally. External security assessment and real-world execution are not claimed unless explicitly updated.

References to third-party protocols, vendors or platforms describe interoperability direction or potential integration surfaces and do not imply endorsement, partnership or certification by those third parties.

7. Liability
